• Wood Framing for the project is completed
• Your barndominium is ready for spray foam (not included)

- Homeowner will need to contract plumbing and electrical

Phase 3 Shell 

• Build site MUST be within our turnkey radius
• DIrt Work and concrete are included.
• Steel structure is erected with sheeting and windows installed.
• Wood Framing for the project is completed
• Spray foam is applied to the walls and roof of the building
