We were founded in Hallsville Texas in 1997, originally under the name MBM Metal, focusing on commercial and residential construction. In 2020, Owner Cody Holloway (pictured Right) rebranded us as 1845 Barndominiums to focus more on our passion of making dream, custom, barndominiums a reality for anyone.

MBM Metal still continues in the commercial side of things today. Since 2020, 1845 Barndominiums has expanded with more locations in College Station Texas, and North Carolina, allowing us to reach even more of you than ever before. We build Barndominiums in these areas, but ship our kits nation-wide to serve as many of you as we can and help you bring your homes to life. We look forward to being able to bring more barndominiums to the U.S. in the years to come!
