While there are factors that can alter any construction timeline, such as size and details, our goal is to build your new barndominium in 6-10 months.

Multiply by: $150 / sq ft (Turnkey)* - $55 / sq ft (Shell)* - $25/ sq ft (Kit)*

**These are ESTIMATED costs...
Example: H/C = 2000 sq ft
Porches = 850 sq ft
Carport = 625 sq ft
Total = 3475 sq ft (Multiply by $150) = $521,250 (estimated)

1. We use red-iron steel for our main framework
2. We wood frame inside of the steel structure
3. We spray the exterior “shell” with open cell spray foam
4. Our structures are compliant with IBC 2018 standards

Depending on the size of the build, 6-10 months from the time we are funded is our typical timeline.

3. Make a list of “non-negotiables” that must go in your home
4. Make a list of your interior finishes, (floors, countertops, showers, etc)

We sometimes have to modify plans to make them fit a “barndo” format

1. 1845 Barndominiums does not offer financing on new builds. We can only offer in-house financing if we are building on an existing structure, such as a remodel, (up to $100,000).
2. For turnkey, we are happy to recommend local banks to help with financing
