You Get What You Pay For

Listen, I understand that the cheap plans are cheap, but I wish that this would have included the overalls of the exterior of the house as well. I wanted to know all the elevations of the roofs and peeks and all I got was a pretty picture of the exterior front and back and a basic floor plan. Also, be forewarned that if you want modified plans, your cost will more than double the price that is shown. Platinum $900 ---> $2,000.. There is no clear distinction on what the differences between the plans are either or what is included in them.
