At Summertown Metals, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. To uphold this commitment, our turnkey homes are limited to a 100-mile radius from our main office in Summertown, TN.
BUILDING PERMITS
Permit costs for building codes may differ depending on the location. However, we're here to assist! We'll handle the permit acquisition process and cover expenses of up to $2,000.00 for the permits.
UTILITIES
The water and sewer connections will be stubbed out and ready for your utility connections.
The overhead power service will be ready for your local power company to make the final connection. Should you want the power connection to run underground, it’s an additional $2,500 for up to 100ft.
We don’t cover the utility deposits, tap fees, or turn-on fees.
WARRANTY
One year builders warranty to cover material defects or craftsmanship issues that arise within the first year. Rest easy knowing we've got you covered!
HVAC - HEATING & COOLING UNITS
Depending on the Barndominium design, we will opt for either York or Samsung HVAC units.
